		<description>It makes a lot of sense to me that acknowledging efforts, abilities, work ethic etc helps employees feel more satisfied in the jobs.  I liked how you phrased the feedback.  It does not come naturally to me.  I&#039;d appreciate more examples of how to couch the feedback.
